I'm very sorry, but that URL is not waiting for review in that category, and it hasn't been moved, deleted or in any way touched by an editor. Either you submitted it to another category (since the unreviewed are stored in flat files we can't check to see where a submission is if we don't know the category) or else something happened when you submitted to it didn't go through.

If you are sure that's the best category for your site, please resubmit it. Thanks!

Thankyou for your prompt reply. I am not sure what happened, so will take your advise and re-submit my site. This time I will make a note of the category as I may have got the category wrong.
