No. We do not ever have and cannot possibly obtain that information. (My recommendation is always: assume the ODP will NEVER list the site, and make your promotional plans accordingly. You will not regret it, even if the ODP does list the site eventually.)

You're welcome to ask for semi-annual status checks in this thread -- THAT information we can find out.
