The site is not listable until its use of the ODP data is considered to be fully compliant. Presently this is not the case.

Within the attribution you will note that the $cat variable which must be replaced with the correct path to the category within ODP that contains the equivalent data. Presently there are categories that do not fully adhere to this requirement.
