Sorry, that URL isn't in the queue waiting to be reviewed.

Also no evidence of the site ever being reviewed by an editor.

Either had problems when submitted, or it wasn't the correct category.

Would suggest waiting a couple of weeks to resubmit as the ODP is currently undergoing a major upgrade.

Nothing new unfortunately. Your site suggestion of July 3rd is still waiting for review. And as there are literally hundreds of classified ad sites waiting for review, it may take a lot of time until your suggestion will be processed.

You are welcome to come back to this thread to ask for another status update, but considering the heap of submissions pending, I'd suggest not to return too early. You might read just another discouraging "Nothing new" reply. Try again after two or three months, and your chances may be better.
