Today (November 12th, 2002), I submitted the same site to:

http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Sports/Motorsports/Auto_Racing/Racing_Variety_Stores/

based on the recommendation of my SEO guru. The last few hours have been a
steep learning curve as I've found many off-DMOZ resources, including resource-zone,
that have educated me on preferred protocol. Anyhow, I was hoping to get a
submission status on the earlier to see if it is still in the queue or has been rejected.

FWIW, while I'm in the confessional booth, I committed a similar sin and twice-submitted
(October 9th and November 12th) to their respective directories:

http://www.racing-seats-usa.com to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Vehicles/Parts_and_Accessories/Interior/

and

http://www.toyota-mods.org to http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Autos/Makes_and_Models/Toyota/Clubs/

Similar guidance on those submissions (and the appropriate pennance) would be appreciated.

http://www.racing-seats-usa.com/ and http://www.toyota-mods.org/ are unlikely to be listed as they are simply gateways to, or sub-sites of, your main site.
