Hello,

I submitted our web site www.firefly-it.com to this directory - Top: Computers: Internet: Web Design and Development: Designers: Full Service: F - about 4 weeks ago now and have heard nothing. I just wonder if anyone may have any updates on the status of this request?

Hello,

Any news on my submission 4 months is a long time. Have I done something wrong, Is there a problem with editors? If so can I help, perhaps become an editor? If I became an editor could I approve my web site?

Status requests must be spaced six months a apart so that we are able to do some editing in addition to answering queries.

You were given a status on July 12, you are next eligible on January 13.

I see no change in status since the last report. Sorry not to have better news.

You may ask again in this thread in 6 months.

By the way, if you include the category link in future posts, please ensure it is clickable. Copy/pasting the displayed text won't work.

Also -- you might consider suggesting your site to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Uni.../Business_and_Economy/Computers_and_Internet/ . You do have an address on the site, and a local editor would have to decide if you have enough regional presence to be worth listing.

Nothing wrong - we will only give a status request at 6 month intervals, once the initial one has been done.

So please don't worry - sit tight, and let us do what we need to be doing to get as many sites reviewed and updated as possible!

You are more than welcome to come back on or after July 28 for an update here.

Actually, that's not quite fair. His Regional suggestion might be given a status as a new suggestion. (Especially since I asked him to make it. )
