Submission status http//:www.glasshousegallery.co.uk

I submitted my site in May 2004, unfortunately I cannot remember exactly where to.
It may have been http//:www.dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United Kingdom/England/Cornwall/Truro/Arts and Entertainment/Artists and Galleries
or I may have submitted it to the Visual Arts category.
I would like to know if it has been rejected and if so may from which category and may I resubmit to another category?
