Just checking on this submission

Just following up on this submission. It's been 6 months since we sumbitted it. Is there soemthing I need to know, such as wrong category, or is just a very busy category?

When we tell you that a site is awaiting review in the same category you submitted it to 6 months ago, it doesn't mean you submitted it to the wrong category. If we had looked at it and thought it was in the wrong category, we would move the submission to a different area for review.

Things that can make the wait a bit longer:
- A busy category
- A neglected category
- A website that is down, which we are giving a second chance
- A boderline site which we aren't sure we should list

I won't try and determine which is the case here. You can come back for another status check in 6 months and see if your site has been listed then.

(Due to the high volume of status checks we are only doing them every 6 months now - per our forum announcement )

Followup on submission request

It's been about 7 months since I checked last time and over a year since we submitted this site.

Can you tell us the status? Should we resubmit? Are we submitting to the wrong category?
