I submitted www.1866lens2go.com on Feb 19/03 to either the http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Vision/Contact_Lenses/ or http://dmoz.org/Business/Consumer_Goods_and_Services/Eyewear/Contact_Lenses/
categories, and have not heard anything yet. Will it be added to the directory soon?

Unfortunately it is never possible to give a guide to the expected time of update - could be later today, could be not for many months. However, another editor with appropriate privileges will be able to confirm whether or not you're in the pool of unreviewed sites and approximately how large that pool is.

It seems you submitted your site to the Business category. As your site is a shopping site, it was moved to the other (Shopping) category where it is now awaiting review, along with about 80 other sites.
