Do I have any recourse when a site is rejected. I can not figure out why. It is comparable to other sites that are currently listed. It is not for affiliate marketing, has no affiliate relationship, no affiliate links, is not a mirror site, no mlm, does not redirect and no cloaking, and certainly lt is not illegal or adult oriented. I don't know what else I can do. Can you help?

OK I'm going to break a rule and spell it out. In part because I'm going to help us by classifying what you do more accurately.
Your username here is cepwebs. On the site you submitted there is a link to http://www.cepwebs.com which is absolutely identical. http://www.cepwebs.com is listed in the directory since July 2003 although I see attempts have been made to have that one listed elsewhere.
That said, http://dmoz.org/Computers/Graphics/Web/Templates/FrontPage/ is the better category so this is what has happened. http://www.cepwebs.com has been moved to http://dmoz.org/Computers/Graphics/Web/Templates/FrontPage/ . From the description it appears that cepwebs.com may have changed since 2003 so it is currently waiting for an editor to re-review it before it is re-listed.
You can return to this thread in 6 months time to check on the status of the re-review. I hope that this resolves your problems and please do not ever submit related* sites again nor submit the same one to different categories - that would be a major breach of our guidelines and the sanctions can be severe in terms of excluding all related sites.
* related = any sites you have that have anything to do with Internet services in any shape or form (just to be clear)

How can you possibly say that when there is a link to the original site in the opening paragraph of http://frontpage-tem.com ?

Please do not submit / resubmit anything at all! All you are doing is confusing the matter and when editors get confused it wouldn't be unheard of for them to delete all versions of a site by mistake. If and when cepwebs.com appears in the templates category then you may submit an update request which an editor will consider. In the meantime, however tempted you are by that Suggest an URL link, leave it alone!
