re-submiting numerous time the SAME site.. thats what i would think you mean by spamming.. but how do i get my sites off rejected? the only way i know is to resubmit them.. but whats going to stop them from being rejected again?

The questions about the site's status have been answered. The ODP concept of "Spam" has been given a general definition and specific relevant examples. And it should be clear that the site will not need a new status report in a month.

Therefore the thread has achieved its purpose, and is in danger of achieving critical mass (emotionality-wise). Consider moderating rods inserted.
