Please let me know the status of the site or any error that needs to be corrected.

Sorry to say, but the category is quite backlogged. Anyway, your site is in the list of sites to be reviewed, so no need to resubmit.

In this case, should I re-Submit to another category (for instance http://dmoz.org/World/Deutsch/Wirtschaft/Verlags-_und_Druckwesen/Druckwesen )

In any case you should submit to the one category that fits the site best. Thats stated in the submission guidelines and that speeds up editing - editors wont have to move the site there. So if the site fits "Druckwesen" you should submit there and not in the more global category - it would be moved anyway.
