I didn't find it. Resubmit, keep track of the url for the dmoz category, and the date of submission, and bump this thread again after 30 days have passed.

Are you saying that you did not see the screen saying "thank you for suggesting this site ... consider applying to be an editor ... bla bla bla"? Because that's the only response the system gives: and if you're not seeing that screen, there is a problem (usually having to do with your browser's proxy settings.) We can discuss that in the "Bugs and other Unintended Features" forum.

Your site is not waiting for review in Arts: Writers Resources: Directories. It was neither rejected nor accepted. It seems it was never submitted to that category.

You may resubmit. But make sure to select the one best category for your site. The mentioned a category is a category for directories of writers' resources. You call you site an e-zine, so an E-zine category may be more appropriate.
