I believe we submitted this domain www.face-time.co.uk some time ago but am not quite sure to which category now.

Could a check be done on the domain name to see if it is in a queue somewhere or if it has been declined so that we know whether to resubmit or wait.

If you could let us knwo which category it was if indeed it was submitted would also be very helpful.
