Not quite sure I understand exactly what you are asking. If you want to know if your submission request is formed corrrectly? Then yes, you have provided the proper information that an editor (or meta) with permissions in the named category would need in order to check the status for you.

Unfortunately I am not that editor, I do not edit this category. Someone should come along who can give you more information.

Hi djdeeds,

I realise that you guys are extremely busy, but in all honesty it has been over 2 months since I made my submission, and have just been told that you have no record of it. Is there anyother way to check and if not do I have to go back to Square 1 and re-submit the site again?
