Chances are, it's quietly waiting for review somewhere -- the vast majority of submittals are. But that's all we can know.

One resubmittal will not constitute spam, if you haven't already been making periodic drive-by submittals, shotgunning innocent categories all over the directory (apparently we haven't noticed any bodies yet, which isn't proof one way or another.)

If you do decide to resubmit, you can check the status in a month (per the usual forum policies.)

I tried to re-submit my URI again in http://www.dmoz.org/Business/E-Commerce/Consulting/ category yesterday and today. When I press the the submit button. The browser keeps waiting the response from dmoz server for a long time (more than an hour). I hope I did not submit my URI several times. Could you let me know if I did submit my URL in that category succesfully? Please advise. Thank you.

We'll check -- but what with one thing and another (good reasons from our point of view) we WON'T check until a month after the submittal. Bump the thread then.
