That site will almost certainly be rejected (if it hasn't been already): we call that a "business card site" (because it has no more information than that.)

But it would be fairly easy to build a listable site. Add more information. Some trivial suggestions:

(1) Hours of operation
(2) "about us" -- blather about how long you've been practicing; what organizations you belong to (if you think it might matter to anyone -- certainly don't mention the Society for Creative Euthanasia); what services you might offer beyond the basic services anyone might expect to find. I do not recommend a mission statement, but you might put a link to the Dilbert mission statement generator if anyone feels a need for such things.
