The category you want is http://dmoz.org/Health/Pharmacy/Prescription_Services/. It was moved in September to http://dmoz.org/Business/Financial_Services/Insurance/Agents_and_Marketers/Health/Discount_Plans where it is pending review. There is no need to continue resubmitting.
