Yes. My general advice, not looking at your site, is to consider again where the one, best category is before resubmitting. You might also consider submitting to the best Regional category, which seems to be http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_Amer...nd/Localities/D/Dunkirk/Business_and_Economy/. (I realize this advice seems to contradict the "one" above, but many sites can be listed both in Business and in Regional.)
