submission status of www.sb-tiaras.com

I originally submitted the above site for inclusion around february of this year, then again(after a complete re-design) approximately one month ago.
If possible could someone please tell me if it is in a queue or whether it has been dismissed as not suitable/acceptable/just not good enough for this catagory.
