Um, never been submitted that deep. Several submittals have been deleted out of Shopping/Publications, and allegedly one is still waiting for review somewhere.
The editors come by periodically and, if I may be allowed a mixed metaphor, shake the tree and whack all the duplicate moles that fall out. Apparently, wherever they're leaving one to be reviewed is not where you're regularly submitting.
I wouldn't resubmit -- oh, you can try: but once you've gotten yourself into this position, there's not much you can do. The editors whack the near-duplicates in self-defense, leaving a longer and longer record of rejection to make it even more likely that when the one remaining mole is spotted, it'll be accidentally whacked reflexively.
But do check status in six months (if it's not listed), and if the accident has happened, then we'll tell you to resubmit.
