Sorry, but it is not waiting in that category nor has it been touched by an editor. If that is definately the best placement, and you are sure that is where you tried to submit to I would recommend resubmitting. The good news is there are a minimal number of suggested sites waiting to be reviewed in that cateory--less than a handful.
