It is awaiting review in the category you mentioned as well as one in Regional.

There is no need to resubmit. In fact it looks like you submitted to the Pilgramage cat only on 09/May/2004 - although it's quite possible that a new submission as overwritten an earlier one.

Once your submissions are in, it's generally best to just leave them alone and not resubmit. This way if an editor decides to catch up on some of the older submissions, yours will be there instead of at the bottom of the pile.

Thank you on explanation, but it is really possible that now I am again to wait for a year to get in line,

There's no line. It's just one heap that the editor can shuffle several different ways. (I have a standard way of shuffling ... then I cut the deck.)

So for a long time I never happen to be on the top of the deck!
This way doesn't sound promising and it would be really time to get in.
Can I try with more categories and hope to be accepted at least in one of them,
since my web site (www.jericojourneys.com) could be easily sorted in more than what I have found 3 different ones! Is that a bad thing to do?

Well, all I can say is I did all that, 1 year and 1 month ago.
I submitted it and waited, while all of my competitors were there
listed :D I do envy to those lucky ones!
I will research again where my competition is!

Sorry but I can't let that go without comment.

First I doubt you mean that literally. I would think you mean to say - many of my competitors are there. because if all your competitors are there, then you are the only site waiting to be reviewed, and you should get in real fast.

If none of your competitors were there, I guess there would be no sites in the category, and we would have no need for the category.

What you don't see and fail to take into account, are all your competitors who are waiting to be reviewed, and all the other competitors who have failed to even submit their site.

So I hope that puts things in perspective. :)

submission status and help needed please!

I've been trying to submit http://www.jericojourneys.com for long time now. I have tried few times and my first time submission was April 26th, 2003 and than again twice after that!
Last time I did it several months ago I wonder if I can try it again.

Please don't suggest your site again! It is waiting for review in http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Travel/Specialty_Travel/Pilgrimage/Christian/ and in http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Minnesota/Localities/S/Saint_Cloud . It may or may not be eligible for listing in both categories - it has not yet been reviewed, and suggesting it again will not make a review happen faster. If you haven't seen it listed by March 4, you are welcome back for another status request (please use this same thread if you do so). Thanks!

Even to hear that it is waiting for review is actually good news for me, but please confirm again that it is March 2005 to wait for!

In March 2005, you may return to Resource-Zone.com to ask about the status of your site. It is quite possible that it will be listed in either or both categories in the meantime; it is also possible that March will arrive with your site still waiting for review. Unless an editor explicitly asks you to, you will never need to resubmit. Your submissions are not going away until they are reviewed.

So wait for March 2005, yes, but also keep an eye open to see if your site appears at dmoz.org :)

My first time submission was April 26th, 2003 - http://www.jericojourneys.com and last info I got was that it could be listed if not before then March 4th, 2005.

I am inquiring about my site after 6 months checking whether it was submitted or not.

Can I get update on where is my submission at the moment, I was hoping NEA will be right about the date, but still no luck,
