submission status please !

I've been trying to submit http://www.jericojourneys.com for long time now. I have tried few times and my first time submission was April 26th, 2003 and than again twice after that!
Last time I did it several months ago I wonder if I can try it again.
One of the categories where I tried was:

Main question would be: Can try again?
