Bret asked me who submitted the
http://www.hudsonwholesale.com/ site and when. He added:
It seems some one is trying to build doorway pages to get us bumped.
Well, to be honest, we never know who really submits a site. It doesn't really matter. You are allowed to submit sites that are not yours. In fact, you are encouraged to do so when you find a great site. This is a way to help our editors find useful sites for their categories.
I don't really think a single doorway page like
http://www.hudsonwholesale.com/ would really cause a problem. Okay, it is unnecessary, and the reviewing editor would probably change the URL to the actual store, but it seems that URL wasn't submitted on and on again. In fact, the last submission was back in 2002.
If you want to do something against that doorway page, this should be relatively easy. According to
http://www.store.yahoo.com/jobber1/info.html, your e-mail address is at hudsonwholesale.com, so you probably know the one who owns this domain.
