Submission to an incorrect category

I submitted my site back in August or September, and while it is still not added to the org, I found a better fitting category.

This information almost surely won't get to the editor from this forum.

Resubmit to the WRONG category, with a note to the editor (in brackets at the end of the submittal) [this should possibly better fit in NEW CATEGORY]

Then submit to the NEW category, with a note in brackets at the end of the submittal [replaces initial submittal in wrong category XXX].

Whichever category gets edited first, the editor will see that, and take whatever action is considered appropriate. In any case, it wouldn't be considered spamming.
