Submission to UK cat

Hi
I have been trying to submit a site through the URL - http://dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi?where=Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/Cornwall/Callington/Business_and_Economy/Shopping

However, when the submit button is pressed, it appears the form is processed, but no confirmation is given, instead the same page is displayed. The URL that the page is appearing to use to process the form is http://dmoz.org/cgi-bin/addnew.cgi

Any thoughts?

I have just attempted the resolution suggested from the submission help guide, and it still hasn't worked !!
