submission wait period

Is it normal to wait 10 months for a site to be reviewed by an editor? I submitted my website http://www.worldonwheelz.com/ to http://www.dmoz.com/Society/Disabled/Travel/ last February and it apparently has not been reviewed yet, whereas my travel agency submitted their site only a couple months ago it is already listed! Thanks a lot...Happy New Year!

Sites are not guaranteed to be reviewed in order of submiission and sites are reviewed by thousands of different editors each working on their own schedule. It is entirely possible for a site submitted three years ago, a site submiited last week and a site that was never submiited to be all reviewed and accepted in the same category on the same day.
