I am not sure where you go to submit a website. I am hoping that this is the place.

I would like to sumit http://www.coloradobookkeeper.com under the Business/Accounting Category.

Please let me know if I am doing this wrong.

Your site is not waiting for review in the main Business: Accounting. Maybe it was submitted to a subcategory? (That would be a better idea anyway.) Have a look at the many categories under Business: Accounting: Firms.
