I submitted my site a long time ago and was told that it was unlistable. Since that time I've re-architected the whole site. Will my current submission be ignored because the site was previously unlistable?

No, it won't.
But to make things easier for the editors include something like "[new content added]" to the description. It will be removed when the editor reviews the website.

I'm not sure what you mean by "re-architecting". But if you think in terms of the Monty Python Cheese Shop, what matters is not the interior decor, or indeed the architectural infrastructure, but the varieties of cheese being purveyed.

Does the shop now have cheese? Or, maybe a better analogy would be, The new Library facade looks great, and the bookshelves are very sturdy. But are there books on the shelves now?
