I can see from our logfiles than an editor meant to move your submission to Computers: Internet: Web Design and Development: Promotion: Help and Tutorials but then hit the wrong button. So I have now done this and moved your submission there.

You don't see it in Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Promotion/Help_and_Tutorials/ because it hasn't actually been reviewed yet. uzs980 just meant that it had been moved to the unreviewed area of that category for consideration.
