We have 120.000 pages in our web site and it has been indexed by google, too. It's online more than one year and it fits all DMOZ rules.

Lots of smaller sites added to DMOZ that are newer than us, we already sent to you our site plenty of times but you didn't add. What we have to do?

How can we know if our attempts are evaluated as spam?

We don't judge a site by how big it is or when it was suggested, and no, there is no way for you to find out if it was deleted as spam, except to read our Guidelines and look at the type of sites the ODP considers as spam ( according to the definition that we use for spam, which might be different than what the public thinks as spam).

Suggest your site once more, and then, walk away and forget it. It will either be listed or it won't, but, there is nothing more you can do to affect that decision. :)

It depends on your definition of "plenty of times." OUR definition is "once or twice." If your definition is much greater than that, it's considered spam.

There isn't any mechanism for that.

Generally, it isn't necessary: spam submittals are not the same thing as spam websites. Spam SUBMITTALS say we don't want to have to deal with the submitter any more -- but the WEBSITE may still be listable. (In EXTREME cases the website might be considered "do not list because of extreme aggravation" -- but with 90+% of all submittals being spam, you can imagine what it takes to be "extreme").
