Hi All merry xmas

I’m about to do a site for Dutch company for Dutch people living in the uk it will be a .co.uk but the content will be entirely in Dutch will this effect getting the site reviewed or even listed, if so should I put an alternative one up in English or a link to a translator like Babel Fish Translation etc also should I submit uk or Dutch if there is one?

The extention of a website will have no influence on the possibility to get listed. DMOZ lists sites based on the language used on that website. For websites in Dutch this is somewhere in http://dmoz.org/World/Nederlands/

If the website is in both languages (no bable fish translations) you are allowed to suggest in under both languages.

Word Translations

What if the site is in multiple languages. We have just completed a word translator in six languages. We have submitted the content <url removed> to DMOZ but do not want to cause a problem with the DMOZ terms of use.

What would you suggest?

Unless the site itself is in multiple languages, providing non-English translations to English words doesn't warrant listing in multiple languages. I would leave it at the one suggestion you've made.
