Thanks for your effort to offer a place to list a website.

I have been listed our website for a few times , but I have not seen it listed till now .
Today I listed again , and hope it will be listed successfully.

Hi Angela, You might have misunderstood how the site suggestions work...
Briefly, you simply suggest a site, once, preferably (for both the suggester and the editors) to the closest category you can find; the suggestion is then stored until an editor reviews it.
Due to the volunteer nature of the directory, it is impossible to give a timescale - it goes from days to years...

My site doesn't get listed it's a pity how can I know why it was refused?

We don't refuse to list listable websites. You can self check whether or not your is at http://www.dmoz.org/guidelines/include.html

You might have misunderstood our objectives and how we operate here. ODP is a volunteer organisation building a directory as a hobby. Editors edit where they wish, when they wish and as much as they wish within the constraints of their permissions. We have no schedules or systems to force people to do work that they don't volunteer to do. ODP is not primarily a free listing service for website owners and it does not attempt to process their listing suggestions within the time scales desired by them.

Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

yeah, actually i want to submit my site. i do not find page in DMOZ which can be use to add url or site address.
help please.

Hi khamimn07, at the top right of most category pages there is "Suggest a site" link - it's exact name changes following the language of the category.
A few categories don't have this link for various reasons, often because the category is at a top level and consists entirely of links to subcategories.

I have submitted my site to be listed but have not received any communication since. I first submitted it approx 5 months ago.

Is it possible that the category does not have an editor?

Is there anyway I can check if it has been reviewed? It is a genuine website.

DMOZ nor its editors do send any communications about websites, not when it is listed and not when it is rejected

No that is not possible. All categories can be managed by several editors.
But "can" is not the same as "must" or "will"
I guess you have read the answers from Elper and Jimnoble above. Those answers are the same for all people who suggest websites.

No, there is not.
