Submit button doesn't seem to work on my category or am I doing something wrong?

First of all I would like to congratulate all the people that make dmoz what it is.

Secondly, when I click the link to submit my site to this category:
http://dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi?whe...ng/Link_Sites/Thumbnail_Gallery_Posts/Variety

It pops up a login window which asks for a username and password. When I click cancel it talks about Being an Editor on the window that appears afterwards.

Not sure if that's done on purpose but it prevented me from submitting my website.

The category has just been redesigned. Until recently submissions were disabled because there were alphabetic subcategories to suggest sites to.

Basically st the moment it depends on the public server you are directed to when trying to submit. Either try resubmitting or wait about 4-5 days until all our public servers have synched with the main machine.

Yes I had a link to the sub category A and it redirected me to the main variety category, nice decision IMHO to regroup them all.

I am trying to submit a site to the Food-Cheese category and am having same problems with a login screen. Thanks for the info onthis page, I will wait till next weekend and try again.

I'm getting a login screen when I try to submit my URL (http://www.vesess.com) to Computers>Internet>Web Design>...>V

Is it restricted too?
