Submit site to dmoz.

For years now I have been attempting to submit my website to dmoz and have had no luck.


Is there any way to get a conclusive answer as to what the problem is?

Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.
If you can spare a little time and would like a new hobby, by all means apply to be editor of a category.
Editors can list their site(s) as long as there is no favoritism per our guidelines.

Do you see my submission in there?

It has been years.

Something is really wrong.

All my competitors are there but I am not.

Sorry, but that is not something I can do. If I were to give you such a special threatment I would have to give all other people who suggestd a website the same threatment.

If you last suggestion is realy from years ago than you may suggest the website one more time.
If you have been suggesting the website over and over again over the years than suggesting it again is not needed.

We never promissed to lista all websites.

No, not realy.
Sorry that sounds harsh but it is reality.

i've submitted the site twice! Last year and now bu it still invisible inDmoz(

@mmsejournal - You've completed your part of the process for listing a site. The suggestion gets queued for an editor to review, though when that will be is impossible to say, as due to the volunteer nature of DMOZ it can take from weeks to years...
Also to remind you that our submission guidelines ask you to suggest a site once only.
