Do I need to submit this one too? or only one? If only on which one?

Is this a totally new website for an entirely different enterprise, or is it in someway related to www.wirescale.com?

To address the original question: URLs that redirect to some other domain (or some other subdomain) are absolutely forbidden, because they make editors' lives harder. Only submit the real URL.
