Submitted a site, do I need a key?

I was just wondering whether I'd managed to submit a site properly.

Does Dmoz email a confirmation after we submit?

I received one before with a 13-character key code, but now when I submit to new categories, I don't receive any more emails.

No email is sent when a site is submitted, you get a confirmation screen after you finish the site suggestion process.

Perhaps you submitted an abuse report? I believe this is the only DMOZ process that gives you a key-code.

I'm fairly sure it wasn't an abuse report, but perhaps it was for an editor application that I made?
