Thank you for your site suggestions. To answer you question though, no. No one will list sites based on posts on these (or any) forums. Public suggestions are always welcome and can be a big help, but are by no means the main source of finding sites. Not all suggestions are listable, there not all suggestions will be used. There is no way to expedite a review time and asking an editor to do so will only have a negative effect on how long it takes to perform the review.
