Submitted site and system hung! Do I resubmit?

Hi, Just submitted my site www.webactionservices.com to Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/Full_Service/W/ and the system just hung. Can I verify the the submission has been recieved or do I resubmit?

I have it from another source that with 500 Internal Server Error submissions do get through and now I have the above thread that seems to contradict that.

I suppose I was hoping that there was a way to verify if the submission was recieved. Can anyone tell me what the penalty is for duplicate submissions to the same cat is?

(6 weeks seems a long time to wait just to find out if the submission went through using the the status thread here & I don't want to incur any penalties for duplicate submisssions, if there are.)

See this thread for an explanation of the current situation. - For a duplicate (i.e. two times) submission, there are no penalties. If the submision details are exactly the same, a new submission would overwrite the old one anyway.
