Submitted site but no luck

hi to all
I have summited my site <url removed> under
Regional: North America: Canada: Ontario: Localities: T: Toronto: Business and Economy: Construction and Maintenance: Painting
category i believe is the right category however nothing happened. do we get email or something for disapproval or rejection.
i will submit one last time this weekend or should i wait.

There is no need to suggest a website more than once.
When it has been suggested it will stay in the system for ever.
You will not get a message when a suggestion is processed.
If a website is listable or not is something you aready can know by reading the guidelines. Something you confirmed to have done when you suggested the website.
