Submitted site but not being listed?

I submitted [URL removed] several times over the last few years because it was never listed. I recently submitted it again. I submitted it to the catagory of .../stuffed animals/teddy bears as I sell teddy bears and stuffed animals. Why is it being rejected and what can I do about it?
