This category does not appear to have an Editor. Does that mean that the site will not get listed until there is an editor?

As it happens, it was listed the same day that you submitted it and will show up on our public facing servers within a few days.

I've been trying to get through to my ISP for 2 days on the phone but cannot get through even though they have my money!
I am encouraged by this quick response jimnoble and will resubmit my editor application.
