Submitted to DMOZ, its been 2 years

Hi,

We are an established Oracle specialized managed hosting company (SAS70-Type II Certified), <URL Removed>

We submitted our DMOZ listing request initially around 2 years ago, and have resubmitted twice or so after that.

I recently submitted my request in this category: http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Hosting/A/

As far as usefulness to the community, we are one of the few companies that provides completely free Oracle hosting to all developers, and this has been very successful so far.

Is there a legitimate way to be included in this directory?

The only way for a site to be listed in the directory is for an editor to review it against the guidelines for inclusion and conclude it to be listable. That means that the site has to provide good, unique content on the topic of the cateogry, and an interested editor needs to look at and perform a review of it.
Short of:

1. Submitting to the correct (single best) category.
2. Reading the guidelines and category description
3. Trying to follow the guidelines on good titles/descriptions (minus hype, advertising, etc)

There is nothing really that one can do to speed the process up. The above three suggestions may help make reviewing the suggestion more appealing but thats not a guarantee for a faster review. That being said, if you haven't re-suggested the site since January 2007 (following the server issues) its ok to re-suggest the site one more time. Multiple re-suggestions won't help, and can actually slow things down. Its best to suggest it once and move on to your other promotional strategies.

I submited it few weeks,but it is not listed until now. who can tell me .will mywebsite be listed?

No one can.

I have submitted my site in the correct directory 3 years ago but still not listed yet. The main problem is no editor is in the category. No much help from Forum so far. Really dissapointed.
