Submitted to wrong place - now what?

M

makings

Hi there,

Ok, I've submitted my site, but I've been a berk and submitted it to:

Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Shopping/

instead of: /Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Shopping/Directories/

What's best to do? Can I flag the editor not to bother with it? Do I just re-submit and hope I don't get kicked because I've been a berk by submitting to the wrong place?

Edit: After reading some of the posts on here about affiliate sites, which mine is but with reviews, special offers, seasonal offers etc (i.e. unique content), should I even bother pursuing a listing?

Advice, please...

Kind regards,

Mike Kingscott

We all have our berk days - this probably wasn't one of yours :)

My advice would be to leave it where it is - an editor will review it and decide whether it has enough unique content for a listing (once you ignore the affiliate stuff), and then decide in which category it best belongs. I would leave it where it is, and be patient. You are welcome to eqnuire as to the status in the Submission Status fporum, but please wait at least one month between submitting and enquiring.

Hope this helps.

Cheers.
