I've submitted my site to Offline Browsing Tools category twice. The First Time is a half year ago, and the second time is two moths ago. I've updated my site to fit ODP standards, but there isn't a category editor to contact to get the details. It's difficult to visit dmoz.org from China, so I would like to know more here. Thank you.

I've read them before I post. I'm not a simple repeater. I just assume it's rejected because it's a long time after submitting. I want to know the reason, and improve, then resubmit. Otherwise it wastes time for editors and me.

There seem to be three misapprehensions here.

(1) The new forum policy only applies to someone else. (It actually applies to everyone, whether simple or not, whether repeater or not.) You can't ask, no matter how much you want to; I can't answer, no matter how much I'd like to.

(2) The site has been rejected (there is no reason to suppose that: many sites have waited much longer than that for a review.)

(3) If the site has been rejected, there's a reason other than "insufficient content". (There basically never is.) So if you have more unique content, you don't need to wait for a rejection, you can publish it now. (And if you don't have more unique content -- then telling you that you didn't have enough, isn't going to help, is it?) Because there's basically the one reason, we almost never give reasons for not listing a site. It's LISTING a site that we have to have a reason for!
