Submitting a site in Dmoz to other categories

Can I submit my site, already in Dmoz, to editors to add to a more relevant category. I am in a location based category at present.

If your site is listed in the Regional/ directory tree, you may suggest it one additional time to the best topical category.

The poster might not understand what we mean by Regional (where he seems to be listed) and the rest of the Directory (which is Topical), and might be asking where Topical is.
