Submitting a Site Under New Ownership

What's the best way to submit a site that is under new ownership?

Is it already listed in the ODP?

If yes, then you need to submit a change request - click on the "Update Listing" link at the top right corner of the page for the category where the listing is, and say what changes you would like to have made.

If no, then just submit the site to the most appropriate category.

No, it's a site that was listed, but then delisted b/c previous owners pointed it to a mirror site. Now I own the URL and trying to get a local/regional listing but to no avail. Is there certain language I should use when submitting a site under new ownership?

You could add a [note in brackets] at the end of the description, telling the editor what you think he should know. Apart from that, just suggest your site as you would otherwise.

When you resubmit make sure you put in the description the following words before entering your description:
