1) Check if your site is listable according to DMOZ guidelines (look at http://dmoz.org/add.html and http://dmoz.org/guidelines/include.html )
2) Find the best category for your site (I don't know the language of you site but it schould be somewhere in http://dmoz.org/World/ )
3) Suggest the site, providing a title and description compatible with our guidelines
4) You are now finished. Someday an editor will look at the suggestion.

Due to govenment censorship, many people in China are blocked from accessing the ODP site; hence this request here, and others seen recently.

JIALIN YAO, it is inappropriate to post here and then to PM that post to editors here as well.

As was noted in another thread, we can't start submitting sites on behalf of people who are unable to access the site or we'd be swamped by requests.
