(In fact I can see that your site was reviewed and rejected in 2002. The reviewing editor didn't note the reason for rejection, which is against our guidelines. :( But don't worry, that editor isn't a member of our team any more.)

Have a look at those two categories every now and then to see whether your site gets listed. If you don't find your site listed after six more months, please come back to this thread to ask for another status update.

looks as if that site has been bounced around a bit. It's now listed in the #1 category, give it a few days to show up. :)
